1. Agreement
These terms govern the use of reflowsolutionsbook.com and the purchase of the digital products sold on it, operated by REFLOW SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered at Companies House (England and Wales) under number 16559023, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF.
By browsing the site or buying from it, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If any part of them does not suit you, please do not use the site.
2. What we sell
We sell books in digital form, delivered as electronic files. Nothing is posted, there is no subscription and there is no recurring charge: each purchase is a single payment for one specific title.
Each book states its page count, file formats, language and level on its own page. We recommend reading that and the contents list before buying.
3. What you may and may not do with the file
Buying a title grants you a personal, individual, non-exclusive licence of indefinite duration. In practical terms:

- Read it on as many of your own devices as you like
- Keep backup copies for yourself
- Print it for your own reading
- Quote short passages, with the source credited
You may not
- Resell, rent, lend or distribute the file
- Publish the content, in whole or in part, anywhere
- Share the file in groups, networks or file repositories
- Reproduce the content in a course, lesson or product of your own without written permission
- Remove marks, credits or copyright notices

4. Delivery
Delivery is by email, to the address given at purchase, once payment has cleared. Please check that address: a typing error is the most common reason a file does not arrive.
If nothing appears, look in your spam folder and then write to us. Access problems are usually sorted the same working day.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are set individually for each currency we offer, rather than converted automatically from a single figure. The shop selects a currency based on where you appear to be browsing, and you can change it at any time from the selector at the top of the page.
Prices may change at any time without notice. A change never affects a purchase already completed. Promotions carry their own terms and end dates, stated at the time.
Where a price is obviously wrong — a figure plainly inconsistent with the product — we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, with no reason required. The procedure is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Limits of our responsibility
Our material is informational and educational. It sets out methods, criteria and examples. It is not legal, accounting, financial, medical or investment advice.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome — financial or otherwise — from applying what we publish. Results depend on matters outside our control, including your market, your execution and your circumstances.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer protection law gives you and does not allow to be excluded.
8. Availability
We work to keep the site available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical faults and supplier outages can interrupt access from time to time.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, ebooks, brand, logo, visual identity and code — belongs to Reflow Solutions Ltd or is used with permission. Unauthorised use may be pursued through the available legal remedies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country continue to apply, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, the products or the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, carrying the date at the top. Your purchase is governed by the version in force on the day you made it.
