Question 1

How do I receive the book after buying?

Accepted Answer

The download is sent to the email address given at checkout, as soon as payment clears. It is available immediately — nothing is posted and there is nothing to wait for.

Question 2

Which formats do the books come in?

Accepted Answer

PDF and EPUB, both included. The PDF keeps its layout on any screen and suits a desktop or printing. The EPUB reflows to your text size, which works better on a phone or e-reader.

Question 3

Does my access expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Once bought, the file is yours and you can download it again whenever you need to. Corrections and new editions of the same title are sent to you at no further cost.

Question 4

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 14 days from purchase to cancel and get your money back in full, with no need to give a reason. Just write to us. The detail sits in our Refund Policy.

Question 5

Do I need any prior knowledge?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the title. Each book states its level in the specification — Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. The beginner titles start from nothing and assume no previous experience.

Question 6

Do you provide a receipt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is issued by Reflow Solutions Ltd, registered at Companies House under number 16559023, and arrives alongside your download.

Question 7

Can I share the file with other people?

Accepted Answer

Your purchase covers personal use. Redistributing, reselling or publishing the content is not permitted, as set out in our Terms of Use. For a team or company licence, please get in touch.

Question 8

Which currency will I be charged in?

Accepted Answer

The shop picks a currency from where you are browsing, and you can change it at any time using the selector at the top of the page. Your choice is remembered on this device.

Question 9

What if something goes wrong?

Accepted Answer

Write to contato@reflowsolutionsbook.com. We answer within one working day, and access problems are usually sorted the same day.
