1. The window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to change your mind and get your money back in full. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to explain yourself.
For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is normally lost once the download begins and the customer has agreed to that. We have chosen not to rely on that exception. The 14 days stand whether or not you have opened the file.
2. How to ask
Write to contato@reflowsolutionsbook.com and include:
- The email address you used to buy
- The title of the ebook
- Roughly when you bought it
There is no form to complete and nobody will try to talk you out of it. We confirm receipt within one working day.
3. How the money comes back
The refund goes back by the same method you paid with. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer:
- Card: typically 5 to 10 working days, sometimes spanning two statements
- Bank transfer: up to 5 working days
There is no fee, no deduction and no partial retention. You get back what you paid.
4. What happens to your copy
Once the refund is made, the licence described in our Terms of Use ends. The file is no longer yours, and keeping or continuing to use it becomes unauthorised use.
5. After the 14 days
Beyond that window the right to change your mind no longer applies. That does not mean you should stop talking to us: if a file is faulty, incomplete or not what was described, we will put it right whatever the date — by replacement, correction or refund, as appropriate.
6. Particular situations
- Charged twice: we refund the duplicate in full, at any time, with no window to worry about.
- Nothing arrived: we resend first. If that still does not work, we refund.
- A charge you do not recognise: please write to us before raising a dispute with your card provider. It is faster and far less painful for both of us.
- Repeated requests: a pattern of refunds across different titles may be reviewed case by case, to keep the policy from being misused.
