Who we are, what we publish, and why the books are shorter than you might expect.
Reflow started from a frustration. I had spent years buying business books that padded a good idea across three hundred pages, and finishing almost none of them.
What I actually wanted was the sort of thing a competent friend would tell you over coffee: here is the decision, here is how to think about it, here is what usually goes wrong. Forty minutes, not four weekends.
That is what we publish. If a chapter does not change what you do next, it comes out before the book goes on sale.
What we publish
Reflow Solutions writes and sells ebooks on business, marketing, technology, finance and career. They are short by design, aimed at someone who needs to settle a specific question and does not have a free fortnight.
Every title is a single payment, delivered immediately, and comes with both file formats — PDF and EPUB — at no extra cost.
How we choose a subject
We start from problems that keep coming up in small companies and early careers: how to set a price, how to advertise without wasting the budget, how to run a company when the owner is still doing the work, how to use artificial intelligence without a technical team.
If a subject is already well covered by something free and good, we leave it alone. The test is simple: the book has to save its reader more time than it takes to read.
How we write
Three rules shape every manuscript.
- No filler. A chapter that does not help you decide or do something comes out at the edit, even if that leaves a thinner book.
- No promises we cannot keep. Nothing we publish guarantees a financial result, because that depends on things outside anyone's control.
- The next step is always stated. By the end of a chapter you should know what to do before opening the next one.
